Location: Colorado (Southwest Texas 2021)
Rachel Heart Bellini DVM CVSMT CVA has been practicing equine sports medicine for almost 30 years since graduating from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 1991. Over the years Rachel has integrated her practice and now primarily uses spinal manipulation, myofascial work and acupuncture to keep her patients happy and performing at their best. Her goal is soundness over time and Rachel says she is beyond excited to be able to share how SURE FOOT Equine Pads can help horses achieve this. Rachel incorporates the pads into her sessions to improve the proprioception, posture and equanimity of her patients. She enjoys sharing her own experiences with her horse, Louie, a 10 year old thoroughbred who is training with her to be a low level eventer. Louie has proven to be a great source of education on pad use and is featured in many of her educational pieces and photos. Rachel is a great asset to the SURE FOOT Team and looks forward to being a resource and sharing this journey of helping horses with us all.
